Our 500 gallon Pro Series Fermenters are built to last a lifetime. These 500 gallon traditional square Fermenters work great for Whiskey, Bourbon and even Brandy Mashes. These Square 500 gallon Fermenters were designed to be moved by forklift. They are built using heavy gauge food grade 304ss stainless steel. All welds were done using sanitary, food grade welding methods. These 500 gallon Fermenters come standard with:

Cooling Jacket: $875.13 per side. Most people choose 2 sides, like the 3 Fermenters in the picture above. Each cooling jacket comes standard with:

(2) 1.5" Tri-Clamp Ferules with (2) 1.5" Tri Clamp x 3/4" NPT adapters for coolant input and output connections
(2) 1.5" Tri-Clamp Ferrule for thermocouple
