• 16 Gauge 304 Stainless Steel Lid

•  2" Tri-Clamp Butterfly Drain Valve

• 1-1/2" Tri-Clamp to 1/2" NPT Thermowell

• 1/2" Female NPT 3" Face  Thermometer

• Heat and Alcohol Resistant Gaskets throughout
